Account Manager at CANEA in Gothenburg
Do you want to work closely with customers and the sales team while becoming an expert in how our system creates real customer value?
We are now looking for an Account Manager for our headquarters in central Gothenburg. A role for you who is curious, structured, and wants to understand customers' needs in depth through our IT solution CANEA ONE.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for further developing relationships with our existing customers and ensuring they receive the right support and service in their use of the IT solution CANEA ONE. Part of the role involves supporting the sales team in daily tasks through administrative and business-related duties. At the same time, you will work to maintain high customer satisfaction, identify new needs, and contribute to the development of existing business. The role involves ongoing contact with customers, including site visits primarily in southern Sweden but also in other parts of the country. With a good understanding of customers' use of our solutions, you will see opportunities for expanded use as well as needs for complementary services such as training and consulting support.

You are an ambitious and meticulous person with high social skills and good sales ability. You are analytical and prepared to work with various tasks. We also believe that:
- Experience in similar roles with customer responsibility, preferably within IT-related operations
- A service-oriented approach and a strong focus on customer benefit
- Good understanding of how IT systems can be used to create business value
- Experience speaking in front of others and good presentation skills
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills and a genuine interest in IT
- Post-secondary education, academic or vocational college
